Client may book the tour organized by AVERE d.o.o. in our tourist agency, by telephone and other means of remote communication, or with other authorized agents.

Payment options

  • Payment of the entire amount for excursions and transfers bought in agency, through authorized agents, representatives of Avere Tourism or online.
  • When Clients makes reservation for private tour/tailor made tour/boat rental, Client pays deposit which the amount is defined by the agency for confirming reservation. The remainding amount, Client pays 7 days before taking the service of private tour/“tailor made“ tour/boat rental in Tourist agency AVERE d.o.o..


Be advised that this quotation is based on current currency exchange rates and may change due to rate fluctuation. Depending on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of final payment the price may increase or decrease accordingly. This is a quotation only and all services are subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours

If a client cancels a reservation or service purchased within 24 hours before the tour starts, they won’t receive a refund. To cancel a fully paid tour and get a refund, you must inform us in writing via email at info@averetourism.com or by visiting our agency’s office at least 24 hours before the tour and provide a valid reason.

If a client doesn’t appear (No Show) on the departure day of the tour, for which they’ve already paid entirely, they won’t be entitled to a refund. “No Show” refers to guests who don’t show up on the day of the tour or arrive late.

If we have to cancel the tour due to bad weather conditions, we’ll offer the guest the option to reschedule the tour or choose an alternative activity. If neither of these options is possible, we’ll issue a refund.

Cancellation Policy for Private Boat Tours and Bareboat Rentals

If a reservation is cancelled any time up to 7 days before the departure date, the deposit paid (ranging from 20% to 50%) will not be refunded, as it serves as a reservation fee. Reservations paid in full or reserved with a deposit and cancelled within 0 to 7 days prior to departure will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. “No-show” refers to guests who fail to appear on the day of the tour or arrive late. If the agency cancels the tour due to bad weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule. If these options are not feasible, a full refund will be issued by the agency.

Cancellation Policy for Private Group Tours (5 People or More)

Our cancellation policy applies to private group tours consisting of 5 people or more who have reserved either a private boat tour, private bus tour and group transfers (transfer with boat or bus). If a reservation is cancelled 30 days before the scheduled departure date, the deposit paid (50% deposit) will not be refunded, as it serves as a reservation fee. In the event of a no-show, where guests fail to appear on the day of the tour or arrive late, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Should the agency cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued by the agency.

Scooter Rental Policy

Scooter (moped) and mountain bicycle policy.

The renter must sign the rental agreement and provide a security deposit when renting a scooter (moped) or mountain bicycle. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle or bicycle in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level for scooters.

If you don’t return the scooter (moped) with the same fuel level as when you rented it, you’ll incur a charge of 20€ plus the cost of refueling.

In the case of damage Avere d.o.o. has the right to keep the entire deposit regardless of the damage. This deposit will cover the cost of fixing the damage and the days lost due to the inability to rent the scooter (moped).

If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the renter is liable for covering the additional costs. Additionally, you will be charged for the days lost of renting the scooter (moped) or bicycle while the repairs take place.

If a scooter (moped) key is lost or broken, a charge of 50 euros + VAT will be applied to cover the cost of key replacement. Furthermore, should Avere d.o.o. be unable to rent out the scooter (moped) due to the lost or broken key, the renter will be charged for the resulting losses, including the days during which the scooter cannot be rented out.

Avere d.o.o. reserves the right to withhold any refund in the event of a modification leading to a reduction in the original agreed-upon rental duration (rental agreement).

Podstrana Panoramic Tour with Quads & Buggies Policy

Policy for the “Podstrana Panoramic Tour with Quads & Buggies.

All individuals joining the “Podstrana Panoramic Tour with Quads and Buggies” must sign the disclaimer statement. Should there be any damages to the quads or buggies, you will be liable for a minimum charge of 1500 euros plus VAT immediately to cover the related expenses. This minimum fee may increase depending on the severity of the damages to the vehicles and the losses experienced by Avere d.o.o. Furthermore, fees will be applicable for the duration of the vehicle’s inoperability during repairs.

Tour cancellation or change of programme by AVERE d.o.o.

AVERE d.o.o. reserves the right to change the route due to unfavorable sea conditions or of any weather conditions that could endanger passengers. Final decision is made by the captain / skipper for benefit of all passengers.

Booking confirmation

AVERE d.o.o. sends a booking confirmation to the client by e-mail upon receipt of booking or after purchasing services online. Client is required to show received booking confirmation in the printout or electronic form before using reserved service.

While buying on the points of sale, client is obligated to take a voucher which serves as credible document for the tour.

Collection and use of services

  • Services contained in order mentioned on the voucher may be implemented as following:
  • Voucher serves as confirmation and purchase ticket forselected tour, transfer or any of the products referred to the agency.
  • Client gives a voucher to agency representative upon arrival at the place of boarding for the transfer, tour, or some of the products referred to the agency. Voucher can be used only one time.
  • Re-issuing vouchers in case of any loss shall be carried out in accordance with Terms and Conditions on the guest’s request. In that case, client contacts AVERE d.o.o. with a request for reissuing the voucher.

Payment information

Payments made through credit cards are executed by secured T-Com Pay Way connections.

T-Com Pay Way accepts all Major Credit Cards.

Credit card numbers are not stored on our website and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Credit card payment security, conversion statment and protection of information

Client can make a payment for online reservation with credit and / or debit cards: MasterCard ®, Maestro ®, Visa ®, American Express ®, Diners ®. Client’s card is charged immediately by AVERE d.o.o. upon transaction.

Credit card charge is done in Croatian Kuna (HRK). The amount of the Croatian Kuna which will be charged through client’s credit card gets the conversion of Euro in Croatian Kunas at the rate established for the price lists (middle exchange rate of Croatian National Bank). Credit card companies charge your card converted into your local currency in Croatian Kuna, using exchange rate valid in your country. Accordingly, there are possiblities of minimum deviation of prices in Euro highlighted on our website.

We commit ourselves to protect the client’s personal data in the manner that we collect only essential basic information about guests/end users that are required to fulfill our obligations; we inform clients of information collection and regularly give them a choice about their data, including the decision whether they wish to have their name used or removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns. All informations provided will be kept strictly confidential and accessible only to employees who need those informations to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy rules.

Photo policy

By entering Avere Tourism tours and or events, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by AVERE d.o.o., and its affiliates and representatives. You release the company, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

By entering Avere Tourism tours and or events, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web-casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web-casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by AVERE d.o.o. or the person or entity designated to do so by the company.

AVERE d.o.o. reserves the right to use any photograph and/or recording taken on company property or at any event sponsored by the company without the express written permission of those included within the photograph or recording. AVERE d.o.o. may use the photograph and/or recording in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by the company, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

Images are strictly prohibited from being reproduced, copied, or altered in any way other than by AVERE d.o.o. and its official representatives.

If you prefer not to be included in photographs or recordings, please step away from the camera or inform the photographer if you have inadvertently been included. Photographers may honor such requests at their own discretion.

AVERE d.o.o. is not obligated nor required to remove your voice or likeness from any interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, publications, exhibitions, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose, but will consider removing and may remove any photographs or recordings at the written request of the individual.

AVERE d.o.o. is the owner of the computer reservation system in real time/online booking, through which to the users of that websites allows direct access to sales channels transfers, excursions and other services offering various tourism products/services.

Information authenticity and accuracy

You can find general tourist information on tour providers / tourist services and the associated services products/services, and carry out their contracting, purchasing products/services on our website. AVERE d.o.o. is obliged to take all measures to accurate correct and quality informations to its clients. All the information, data and images related to a particular service / products, AVERE d.o.o. collects from service providers and assumes no responsibility for errors and / or omissions in this or any other part of the website.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

By confirming the reservation, client confirms that he had read, understood and accepted Terms and Conditions of AVERE d.o.o.


Client has a right to complain to the unfulfilled contractual services. He is required to file a written complaint to the Agency, and maximum up to seven days of the tour. Complaints filed after the expiration of seven days will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of passengers to act in good faith and express the desire to resolve the complaint during the tour, and their written complaint to the service provider on the spot and the service provider requested a written confirmation that the complaint was received. The agency shall make a written decision on the complaint within 14 days of receipt and the manner in which the complaint was received (e-mail, mail or hand delivery to which will be answered by written mail with return receipt). If case of Agency failure to meet the programme or part of the service, client is entitled to compensation in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and can not include services already provided, or the total amount of services/ products.

Notice on filing client's complaints

Pursuant to Article 8 Paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine Official Gazette No. 79/07 and 125/07 – corr. 79/09 and 89/09 – corr., 133/09), we inform our clients that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted in writing to:

You will receive a response to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. Required information: name and surname of the person filing the complaint, the exact address for submission of responses.

AVERE d.o.o. obligations

AVERE d.o.o. undertakes to take care about providing services and the selection of service providers in accordance with the best business practices, and to take care of the client’s rights and interests in compliance with the best tourism practices. AVERE d.o.o. undertakes to provide the client with all the contracted services for a particular package, and to provide answers in case of possible failure to perform services or a part of services. AVERE d.o.o. shall fulfill all the obligations stated in its programs fully and as described, except in the event of Force Majeure or changed circumstances. In such cases, AVERE d.o.o. shall offer a substitute solution if possible. AVERE d.o.o. is not obliged to provide services beyond these Terms and Conditions.

Client obligation

Client undertakes to personally meet the conditions anticipated by the Republic of Croatia’s regulations and the country through which or to which they travel, and to observe the house rules in hotel and other facilities, to cooperate with the representative of the organizer and with service providers. Client is personally responsible for any damages caused, particularly for the damages that are the result of failure to observe the contract and these Terms and Conditions. Client shall cover the incurred damages immediately at the hotel reception desk and at another place stipulated by the physical or legal entity who suffered the damages.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract that the client enters into with AVERE d.o.o., i.e. an authorized tourist agency where they booked tour organized by AVERE d.o.o. Possible/anticipated deviations from these Terms and Conditions must be stated with the text of the tour program, if dealing with tour operators – international travel organizers. By signing the contract, the client fully accepts the program and these Terms and Conditions. The issue of these Terms and Conditions makes all previous versions null and void.
